発生再生生物学分野教員公募のお知らせ

発生再生生物学分野では、情報のやり取り（シグナル伝達）の視点から、「高次の細胞社会である器官がどのような仕組みで形成（発生・再生）され、どのように機能発現体として維持されるのか？」という課題に取り組んでいます。モデル生物として、哺乳動物のマウスと小型魚類のメダカを用いており、それぞれの長所を生かした実験を行なっています。難治疾患に対する再生医療法の開発や創薬のためには、病態の正確で詳細な理解が必要です。助教としては、マウス個体やヒトiPS細胞などを用いた細胞生物学実験の経験があり、挑戦的意欲を持ち、新しい研究領域の開拓に積極的に挑戦できる研究者を求めています。
３．採用条件
雇用形態：常勤（任期制）
採用予定日：２０２２年 ４月１日を予定
任 期：採用日から３年以内、再任は業績審査の結果１回まで可能とする。なお、２期の任期は最大で２０２７年３月３１日までとし、以降更新されることはない。
試用期間：採用日から６ヶ月間

４．給与等
国立大学法人東京医科歯科大学就業規則に基づく任期制の教員
給 与：国立大学法人東京医科歯科大学給与規定による。
（学歴・職歴に応じ本学規定に準じて決定）
勤務時間：裁量労働制
月～金 8:30～17:15を基本とし、労働者の裁量に委ねる。
（専門業務型裁量労働制により、7.75時間働いたものとみなされます）
休 日：土・日曜日、国民の祝日、年末年始(12/29～1/3）
休 暇：年次有給休暇、特別休暇、病気休暇など
社会保険等：法令の定めるところにより加入します。
文部科学省共済組合健康保険、共済年金、雇用保険、労災保険
諸 手 当：本学給与規則等により、支給条件を満たした場合に支給します。

Job Opportunity: Assistant Professor in Department of Developmental and Regenerative Biology
Medical Research Institute (MRI) of Tokyo Medical and Dental University (TMDU) invites applications for a faculty position (Assistant Professor)) in the field of Medical Chemistry.

2. Areas of Research
Our goal is to define the molecular basis for the mechanism of organ formation, regeneration, and maintenance using knockout mice and mutant fish. To accomplish this goal, we have focused on defining signaling molecules and pathways that regulate liver and brain formation and maintenance. Our study will provide new insights into understanding the precise molecular mechanisms that underlie organ failures found in human diseases and will lead to the development of new rational therapy for the diseases. In this recruitment, we seek a researcher who has a passion to clarify these mechanisms with a strong background in cell biology using mice and human iPS cells.
3. Terms and Conditions of Employment
Full-time position with a contract, which will start April 1, 2022, not exceeding third years period. Renewable based on evaluation according to the rules and regulations of TMDU, but not exceeding March 31, 2027. No further renewal possible.
Salary will be determined by the annual salary system outlined by TMDU regulations.
