・Late-breaking Abstractの発表形式はポスター発表のみとなります。一般口頭発表・サイエンスピッチでの採択はありません。
・本年会では一人一演題の発表とさせていただきます。

■ 2）早期参加登録受付締切のご案内
早期参加登録締切：2026年9月30日（水）17:00まで（締切厳守）
（早期参加登録費は後期-当日参加登録費より安価に設定されております。）
＜注意事項＞
・支払期限は2026年10月1日（木）です。※10月2日（金）朝時点で入金確認ができれば可
・登録のみで期日までのご入金がない場合、早期参加登録は無効となります。
・後期-当日参加登録の参加費支払い方法は、オンライン登録でのクレジット決済、もしくは当日、現地参加受付での現金による支払のみとなります。
・発表者は早期登録が必須です。
・シンポジウム、フォーラムのオーガナイザーや演者におかれましても、会員には有料でのご登録をお願いしております。

Other deadlines are also approaching, and we warmly encourage your active participation.

・Presentation style for late-breaking abstracts is poster presentation only.
・Please note that Late-breaking Abstracts are NOT considered for Oral Presentations or Science Pitch (Short Talk).
・Only one abstract per person can be submitted.

2) Reminder of Early Registration Deadline
Early Registration Deadline: September 30 (Wed) 2026, JST 17:00
(Early Registration fee is less expensive than the Late/On-Site Registration fee.)
Note:
・Payment Due Date: October 1 (Thu), 2026
*Payments confirmed by the morning of October 2 (Fri) will be accepted.
・Early Registration will be completed only after the payment. In case your payment cannot be confirmed by the due date, your registration will be automatically canceled.
・Payment methods for Late/On-site Registration are by credit card transaction online or by cash at the registration desk on-site.
・Early Registration is mandatory for presenters.

Networking events will be held on the evenings of Days 1-3. Topics may range widely, including the appeal of science, education paths, and career development.
